Our Approach to Post Stroke Program
Our post-stroke program delivers expert, multidisciplinary care — PT, OT, ST, and neurology support — combined with advanced technology to help patients recover stronger, safer, and more independently at home, at every stage of recovery: acute, subacute, long-term, and chronic management.
We also offer Motus Nova™, an active-assistive therapy device that supports repetitive hand and foot recovery as part of a personalized rehabilitation plan, extending therapy beyond clinical visits. Coordinated multidisciplinary post-stroke care has been associated with improved functional outcomes and fewer avoidable hospitalizations (Langhorne et al., Cochrane 2020; Bernhardt et al., Lancet 2017; National Stroke Audit 2021; AHA/ASA Guidelines 2021).
